In short: Some information - such as your browser and device characteristics - may be collected automatically when you visit our Services.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or interact with our Services. We collect this information to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal reporting purposes. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include the following:

We will use and store this information in an aggregated or anonymised form so that it is not associated with individual end users and does not include personal information. We will only use identifiable personal information with your consent.

How long do we keep your information?

In short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

How do we keep your information safe?

In short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organisational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorised third parties will not be able to defeat our security, and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.

Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

Do we collect information from minors?

In short: We do not willingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. Only persons aged over 18, or those aged 13-18 with permission from, and supervision of, a parent or guardian, may use the Services.

We do not willingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are either:

  • aged over 18; or

  • aged between 13-18 with the permission from, and supervision of, a parent or guardian.

Persons under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the Services.

If we learn that personal information from minors has been collected against the aforementioned terms, we will take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records.

What are your privacy rights?

In short: In some regions, such as the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom (UK), you have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information.

In some regions (like the EEA and UK), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include the right to request access and obtain a copy of your personal information; to request rectification or erasure; to restrict the processing of your personal information; and if applicable, to data portability. In certain circumstances, you may also have the right to object to the processing of your personal information. To make such a request, please contact us using the details provided below. We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Please note however that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal, nor will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

Controls for do-not-track features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ('DNT') feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected.

At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy policy.

Do we make updates to this policy?

In short: Yes, we will update this policy as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the 'Last updated' date of this policy, and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we may notify you either by prominently posting a policy of such changes or by directly sending you a notification.

We encourage you to review this privacy policy frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.
